Briefing, before you pay

This is what the catalogue says the scheme asks. It is not a score of your chances, and it is not an award.

  • A privately owned home in England, including some private rented homes.
  • Household income is usually £36,000 or less, or someone claims a qualifying benefit, or the postcode is in a listed area.
  • The home is usually EPC D, E, F or G.
  • Your council has an allocation. Not every council is in the scheme.

Nothing is saved about the business yet. The writing form keeps it for the next scheme.

Still blank, and left blank on purpose: the business name, what the business does, how many people you employ, turnover and profit, the amount you will request. We do not invent figures, partners or a result.

What you put in

No cash to the household. The council commissions the measures.

How this fits the last check

Run a check with a postcode or a place. This section will then say whether the scheme covers that place, that trade and that size.

Tick these if you can show them

0 of 4 ticked. This stays on the page. It is not an application.

Official source

This row has no scheme page of its own. The link is the public list. Search the name there before you rely on the date or the amount.
