Briefing, before you pay

This is what the catalogue says the scheme asks. It is not a score of your chances, and it is not an award.

  • The property is in England or Wales. Social housing and most new-builds are out.
  • It replaces fossil-fuel or direct electric heating.
  • You apply through an MCS-certified installer. You do not file the voucher yourself.
  • £7,500 for an air-to-water, ground-source or water-source heat pump. £9,000 for an eligible off-gas air-to-water or ground-source pump until 31 March 2027. £2,500 for an air-to-air pump in a home. £5,000 for a rural biomass boiler.

Nothing is saved about the business yet. The writing form keeps it for the next scheme.

Still blank, and left blank on purpose: the business name, what the business does, how many people you employ, turnover and profit, the amount you will request. We do not invent figures, partners or a result.

What you put in

The installer deducts the grant. Budget the rest of the installation.

How this fits the last check

Run a check with a postcode or a place. This section will then say whether the scheme covers that place, that trade and that size.

Tick these if you can show them

0 of 4 ticked. This stays on the page. It is not an application.
